TOTALITY:
(noun) The state of being complete and entire; having everything that is needed, the quality of being whole and indiscriminate.
The concept of totality recognizes that each individual is unique, and that our experiences, emotions, and behaviors are all interconnected and influenced by a wide range of factors.
The totality experience challenges us to think about our lives. We feel the vastness of our Universe, and recognize that we are a very small part of it. This feeling of insignificance is empowering.
